You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our website in any way.
All content, images, logos, and text on this site are owned by Classy Snaps Photo Booth, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices, packages, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.
A signed rental agreement and deposit is required to confirm reservations.

3. Payments and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.
Remaining balances are due by the date outlined in your contract.
Cancellations must be made in writing; fees may apply as detailed in your rental agreement.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the use of our photo booth or equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space, power, and safe placement for equipment.

Clients are liable for damages to Classy Snaps equipment done by clients or client's guests.

5. Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide (such as name, email, phone number) will be used only for booking, communication, and service purposes.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

6. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of New Mexico, United States.

Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Classy Snaps Photo Booth, LLC, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $200–$300 (depending on the package) is required to secure your event date.
Deposits are applied toward your total balance.

Cancellations

8–14 days before event: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
7 days or less before event: A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
Any remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded after deducting applicable cancellation fees.

No-Show Policy

If the client does not show up or cancels on the day of the event, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an event, subject to availability. Deposits can be transferred to a new date if the request is made at least 14 days prior to the original event date.

Force Majeure

If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions) prevent us from providing services, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a credit toward a future booking.
